"This is just a brief note to express my appreciation and admiration of Debi Young. My 95 year old Mother moved to Boston nine months ago from Connecticut to reside near me at the Hebrew Rehabilitation Center. I knew at that time that her remaining assets would provide for about six months of care and understood that a complicated process awaited me to apply for Masshealth benefits. HRCA assigned mother's case to Debi Young. At the beginning of the process a staff member in the financial services area told me that I was in good hands - that Debbie was very experienced, and a real pro! How right they were. I had kept meticulous financial records from the time my Father died but had no idea what would be required to compile all that was necessary for approval.
